Frank Nneji, OON (Chairman, TSS).

Frank Nneji, founder of Associated Bus Company (ABC) Transport Plc, the first transport company to become a Public Limited Company (Plc), is a consummate business person with a demonstrated history of working in the transportation, trucking, and auto assembling industry. He is the chairman of Transit Support Services Limited, an automobile sale and assembling company.

A native of Ezuhhu Nguru, Aboh, in the Mbaise Local Government Area of Imo State, Frank was born in Kaduna on April 30, 1960, to a retired soldier and a retired nurse. After finishing primary and secondary school education, he proceeded to study Biological Sciences at the University of Nsukka, but later switched to Zoology, and graduated in 1982. He also studied at the Lagos Business School and the Wharton Business School in the United States.

Graduating at the age of 23, Frank Nneji went fully into the business world, using income he had saved up from his time as a student and an additional N750 given as allowance by the NYSC. He has received numerous national and business awards in recognition of his worthy contribution to society.

He was honored by the Federal Government with the Officer of the Order of the Niger (OON) in 2005. He also received the Most Outstanding Business Personality award from the Aba Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines, and Agriculture (ACCIMA) in 2005; and the Auto Personality of the Year by the Nigerian Institute of Transport Technology (NITT, 2004) in Zaria, Kaduna State. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport.
