Engr. Benjamin Onuorah Nnabugwu (MD/CEO, Tetralog Nigeria Ltd).

Engr. Onuorah Nnabugwu is the Managing Director/CEO of Tetralog Nigeria Limited, a wholly owned Nigerian company incorporated in 2008 as an automobile distribution and logistics service company. The company is also an authorized dealer of Mercedes-Benz vehicles and parts, with its sales and service center in Enugu.

Engr. Nnabugwu is dynamic and resourceful, an astute manager of people and resources. His intimate knowledge of the logistics industry complements the business of the company, where he sets an example for customer satisfaction and consistent good staff motivation. He, like Steve Jobs, always reminds staff that “the only way to do great work is to love what you do.” He therefore at all times encourages staff to apply a positive attitude to their work.

On his part, he realizes that he must take good decisions to complement the effort of the staff, as the most important quality of a business leader is the ability to make decisions. According to him, as a leader of a company, “it is my duty to take good decisions because the way you take decisions today will determine where you will be tomorrow. Basically, do nothing other than converting risks to assets on a daily basis.” This statement underscores his Management Philosophy.

Engr. Onuorah holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B. Eng) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Technology, Bauchi. Engr. Onuorah Nnabugwu is a member of both the Nigerian-British Chamber of Commerce and Nigerian-American Chamber of Commerce. He is equally a member of the Institute of Directors of Nigeria. He has attended several industry courses and training in Fleet Management and Business Management in Nigeria and abroad. He is happily married with lovely children and loves jogging and aerobics.
