Dr. Olorunfemi Eguaikhide (Executive Director -Operations R.T. Briscoe Plc.).

Born on March 28, 1968, Dr. Olorunfemi Eguaikhide holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and an MBA in Marketing Management from Enugu State University of Science and Technology, where he later earned a Ph.D. He is also an alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School of the Pan Atlantic University, having attended the Advanced Management Program (AMP) in 2016.

He previously worked with Genesis Group in various capacities, including DGM Human Resources and IT, and General Manager HR & IT. In 2010, he served as the Chief Operations Officer at The Bridge Healthcare Company.

Dr. Eguaikhide joined R.T. Briscoe as Group Head Human Capital Development in 2012. In 2014, he was appointed General Manager to manage Briscoe Ford. The restructuring of R.T. Briscoe as a Group in 2017 led to his appointment as Head of Briscoe Motors Nig. Ltd., a subsidiary. He was appointed Chief Operating Officer in September 2018, a position he held until his appointment as Group Executive Director Operations.

He is a full member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (MCIPM), an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute for Training and Development (AITD), a Fellow of the Institute of Credit Administration (FICA), and a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Administration of Nigeria. His core experience lies in Operations Management, Sales and Marketing Management, Human Resources, and Business Leadership. He is happily married with children.
