Barr. Gbenga Oyebode (MFR, Chairman, CFAO Group, Nigeria).

Gbenga Oyebode is the chairman of CFAO Nigeria. In addition to this, he chairs a number of other prominent firms, including Nestlé Nigeria Plc, Okomu Oil Palm Co. Plc, Combined Industrial Agro Consultants Ltd, Timbuktu Media Ltd, African Philanthropy Forum, Asset Management Group Ltd, Continent Venture Partners, and Teach for Nigeria.

Oyebode, a highly rated lawyer with vast knowledge and experience in business, holds Bachelor of Law degrees from the University of Ife and the Nigerian Law School, as well as a Master of Laws degree from the University of Pennsylvania. He is also a graduate of the advanced management programme at Harvard Business School.

Oyebode started his career at the American law firm White & Case before moving to Gulf Oil.

In 1992, he formed a partnership with Bamidele Aluko, Odein Ajumogobia, and C.N Okeke to practice law in Nigeria.

He is a member of the American Bar Association, International Bar Association, Nigerian Bar Association, American Society of International Law, and serves as Chancellor at Elizade University, Ilara-Mokin. Oyebode is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a past chairman of the Nigerian Bar Association Section on Business Law.

Born on March 30, 1959, he is one of the founding partners and chairman of the management Board of Aluko & Oyebode, one of the largest integrated law firms in Nigeria.
