Oluwalogbon Motors Ltd was incorporated in 1977 as a subsidiary of Oluwalogbon Group of Companies. The group started business operations in 1960 as a trading firm with Chief Stephen Olukunle Bakare as the chairman.

Oluwalogbon Motors was for many years a sub-dealer of Peugeot vehicles and spare parts for SCOA. It was appointed a distributor of Peugeot Automobile Nigeria in 1978. Two years later, it established a magnificent showroom/service center/office complex in Ijebu-Ode, Ogun State. It also operated a similar 3-S center in Ketu, Lagos, with branches in Abuja, Kaduna, and Victoria Island, Lagos.

Its all-glass office complex in Ikeja, Lagos, was opened in 1996 to coordinate the group’s activities.
