DANGOTE PEUGEOT AUTOMOBILES NIGERIA (DPAN)

PAN is jointly owned by Africa’s richest man, Alhaji Aliko Dangote, the Kaduna and Kebbi state governments, as well as the Stellantis Group, the parent company of Peugeot.

The firm is into Peugeot automobiles assembly, sales, service, and spare parts of the brand. It started assembling Peugeot vehicles in February 2022, beginning with the Land Trek, 3008, 5008, and the new 508.

This came almost four years after the Dangote Group entered a joint venture with PSA Peugeot Citroen, along with some northern state governments, to restart the assembling of cars in the Kaduna plant by the first quarter of 2019.

DPAN’s Green Field Assembly plant in Kaduna can assemble 120 vehicles per day across two shifts. DPAN says vehicles to be introduced from its Kaduna plant would be of high quality and luxury to ensure the visibility of the Peugeot brand in Nigeria.

The auto firm has reconnected with some existing Peugeot dealers to provide excellent customer service and satisfaction.
