Anambra Motor Manufacturing Company Limited (ANAMMCO) is a Nigerian commercial vehicle company authorized to assemble and distribute Dongfeng Trucks in Nigeria. The company is owned by a core investor (G.U.O Group), the Federal Government of Nigeria (BPE), and some state governments. It also offers third-party vehicle assembly contracts.

ANAMMCO was conceived by the Federal Government of Nigeria under the Second National Development Plan (1970 – 1975). The company was incorporated on January 17, 1977, and the factory was commissioned on July 8, 1980, by the first Executive President of Nigeria, Alhaji Shehu Shagari. Its incorporation was in fulfillment of a joint venture agreement between the FGN and Daimler AG, which became the pioneer technical partner and co-shareholder. Today, Daimler has fully divested its shareholding, while the FGN retains significant shareholding.

Controlling equity is held by GUO and Sons Limited, a holding company with interests spanning public transportation, logistics, courier, real estate, merchandise, manufacturing, hospitality, and philanthropy in the areas of education and health.

ANAMMCO Limited is known for delivering high-quality and reliable vehicles that meet the needs of its customers. The company has a reputation for showcasing excellence in vehicle production, Third Party Assembly Contracts, and technical training. It recently participated in the 34th Enugu International Trade Fair where it showcased its Dongfeng brand of commercial vehicles and automotive services. Among the vehicles on display were the CNG 6×4 Tractor Head, the Diesel 6×4 Tractor Head, 4×2 rigid truck Head (AC), and the P-16 Pick-up vehicle.
